Background

Dr Tasha has enjoyed the benefit of great chiropractic care for her entire life. Throughout wellness and injury, Chiropractic has always been the healthcare modality that made the biggest difference to her day-to-day wellbeing. Dr Tasha's passion for helping people with their health started after undertaking a major health and fitness journey at 18. During her career, she developed a special interest in collaborating with clients to help them feel capable of healthier life changes no matter their age, lifestyle, condition or background. With a minor detour in the Arts, Dr Tasha has been in the healthcare industry for 9 years, with prior experience as a Personal Trainer and lifestyle nutrition coach.

Dr Tasha's journey focused on the compassionate understanding and management of chronic pain and complex injuries after undertaking intensive rehabilitation herself. Since then Dr Tasha has begun further studies in FNOR (Functional Neuro Orthopaedic Rehabilitation), NIP (Neuro Impulse Protocol), and AK (Applied Kinesiology), and is thoroughly looking forward to her ongoing learning until she is 102 years old.

Dr Tasha has clinical interests in the areas of NIP's gentle techniques, rehabilitation for posture, gait and optimal brain function, and is highly passionate about the understanding and education of chronic pain and the pain experience.

In her spare time, Dr Tasha can be found curled up with a good book, enjoying the café social life with friends, lifting weights in the gym, or playing the piano.
